The day-to-day management and operations of the European Society of Clinical Pharmacy takes place at the Society's International Office (IO). The director of IO is Erik Gerbrands. Working closely with the governing committees of ESCP, the IO co-ordinates all of the operations, administers the activities of the Society and implements new policies and strategies.

Sonia Amini is working at the Office in Leiden as assistent-director.

Edwin van Aalten will be the director in the near future.
