Key Obejctives
The Society tries to reach its mission and goal by:
- Providing a forum for the communication of new knowledge and developments in clinical pharmacy.
- Promoting the value of clinical pharmacy services among other health care professionals, among scientific societies that share the same interest and generally within the Health Service.
- Enforcing the formation of activities in the field of clinical pharmacy and pharmacotherapy through conventions and specific courses.
- Teaching clinical pharmacy at pre- and post- graduate level.
- Accrediting centres where clinical pharmacy activities are carried out and which are prepared to host visiting pharmacists or pharmacy students in as many European countries as possible.
- Promoting multi-centre research in all areas of clinical pharmacy .
- Promoting the participation of pharmacists in clinical trials.
- Producing a number of publications on clinical pharmacy.
- Promoting a more widespread use of existing clinical pharmacy publications.
5-year Strategic Plan
