ESCP Leadership Development Programme

The ESCP General Committee (GC) is currently developing a strategic plan for the next 3 to 5 years to come. In this process, the GC has identified some key objectives that will set the stage for all future ESCP initiatives. In order to ensure a successful translation of the strategy into practice, it is crucial for the GC to be able to count on a solid and reliable leadership structure, notably on the Research, Education, Publication Committees and SIG Council (RESP). The RESP Committees are made up of members who have demonstrated interest in advancing clinical pharmacy in Europe through their expert contribution to the ESCP.

ESCP is always looking for members who are willing to volunteer in the Society’s leadership and help move new initiatives forward. If you are interested in being added to the ESCP RESP Committees reserve list, please contact the ESCP International Office and make sure you provide your CV and indicate which activity you are most interested in.

We are looking forward to hearing from you.

"I always believed that ESCP SIG Council could be the platform to promote paediatric pharmaceutical care in Europe. I trained myself as a paediatric pharmacist in the UK as I always wanted to learn upfront clinical pharmacy practice in children, and now, through ESCP, I am in a position to engage other European pharmacist in this fascinating and challenging speciality"

Sara Arenas-López

Leader of the ESCP SIG Paediatrics

“Participating in an ESCP committee enables you to exchange views on the development of clinical pharmacy. Contacts with colleagues from different parts of Europe feed you with stimulating ideas on how to further improve the concept of clinical pharmacy in your own setting. Moreover actively participating in ESCP activities also gives you the opportunity to spread your ideas and to help those countries in which clinical pharmacy is emerging.”

Marcel Bouvy

Member of the ESCP Research Committee

"Participation in the Education Committee has enabled me to better understand the structure of ESCP and also it has facilitated development of stronger networks with colleagues from across Europe . I am now aware of the differences in perception of clinical pharmacy practice among our members and strive to share my experiences of practice development in UK . Membership of the Education Committee makes attendance at the ESCP conference more likely and allows me to meet many new and old friends in ESCP."

Moira Kinnear
Member of the ESCP Education Committee
