Registration Guidelines

All participants must Create an Account and register via the Online Registration Form. Please read the instructions below carefully.

Each participant will receive a Registration number by email after the submission of the Online Registration Form. As for payments completed by bank transfer, please proceed with the payment only after receiving your Registration number. Please do not send any payment by bank transfer without the Registration number and participant’s name included in the payment details. 

Online registration will be available up until 17 October 2019.

*Please note that in order to apply for a discounted member fee, your membership has to be valid within the symposium dates. In case your membership is currently valid but is to be expired prior to the symposium, it needs to be renewed before the registration process.

**Please note that students´ fees are available to those under-graduate students who do not yet have their pharmacy degree and are under 35 years of age. Official proof of student status (in English and valid max. 6 months prior to the registration) must be uploaded during the registration process.

Please make sure to pay your registration fee before the deadline applicable for the selected registration type. If your payment is not received in due time, the later fee will be automatically applied. 

Unpaid or partially paid registration will not be considered as valid until fully paid.

All registration deadlines are applicable considering the local time (CET/CEST)

ESCP Membership

To become an ESCP member, please visit ESCP website Membership/New Membership at https://www.escpweb.org/content/how-join-escp. Please fill in the application form for the new membership and pay annual membership. 

Group Registration

Groups of more than 10 people can be registered for the membership fee. When registering more than 10 persons under one company identity/invoice, please contact escp2019@c-in.eu to determine the preferred invoicing setting.

Social events and Extra Sessions

All participants are kindly asked to pre-register for the following events/sessions, in order to be able to attend.

Welcome Cocktail

  • Wednesday – 23 October 2019 (18:00-19:30)
  • Location: foyer of the symposium venue 
  • Tickets: Included in the registration fees for participants.

The ESCP 2019 Symposium will be officially opened with the light cocktail refreshment whilst catching up with old acquaintances and networking with your colleagues. This is an informal evening prior to the serious scientific discussions.

Gala Dinner

  • Thursday – 24 October 2019 (19:30)
  • Location: The Ljubljana Castle
  • Tickets: 65 EUR (NOT INCLUDED in the registration fee)
  • Dress code: Smart causal

Farewell Drink

Friday – 25 October 2019 (TBA)

  • Location: foyer of the symposium venue 
  • Tickets: Included in the registration fees for participants.

Onsite Registration

Please note that on-site registration payment can be processed by credit card or paid in cash.

Insurance

Registration fee does not include participant’s insurance against accidents, sickness, cancellation, theft, property damage or loss. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance.

Confirmation

Each participant will receive a registration overview and an email notification confirming the received payment and the amount outstanding after the completion of the Online Registration Form.

Payment

All fees need to be paid in EUR (€), free of all bank charges. Please note that all bank charges need to be covered by the delegate.

By Bank Transfer

Bank transfer payment needs to be identified by the registration number and participant’s full name included in the payment details.

Payment by bank transfer is possible until 7 October 2019. After this date, all payments can be done only by credit/debit card.

Online Payment by Credit/Debit Card

In case of rejected online credit/debit card payment, the delegate is recommended to log into the Online Registration Form and try to process the registration and the payment again. Should the trouble with the payment persists, the participant is advised to contact the credit/debit card issuer/bank first and check if online transactions are not disabled on the credit/debit card. Afterwards, the registration can be processed again.

Payments are processed via GP webpay secure connection. GP webpay conforms to international standards and it meets the strictest safety requirements of the MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by VISA standards as defined by the MasterCard and VISA card associations. Final Invoice

The final invoice will be provided to the participants upon request, the document is not sent automatically. Please contact us to ask for your receipt.

The final invoice will be issued based on details provided while registering (step Contact/Invoice details). Any change of such details (address, VAT number etc.) is possible only within 3 days from the registering date and is subject to a 20 EUR fee.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

Cancellation of Registration

  • Until 27 August 2019 – 50 EUR administrative fee will be deducted from all refunds  
  • From 28 August 2019 until 24 September 2019 – 50 % of the fee will be refunded  
  • From 25 September 2019 no refund can be processed 

Cancellation of Other Bookable Items 

  • Until 24 September 2019 – 20 EUR administrative fee will be deducted from all refunds  
  • From 25 September 2019 – no refund can be processed
